How does it work?

1. Technaut Engineers will review your IT Infrastructure, list the components we will maintain, and confirm the work that will be undertaken (the below is a list of the common activities):

  • Windows Updates (Servers).
  • Windows Updates (Desktops).
  • Microsoft Office Updates (Desktops).
  • Other Software Updates (confirmed on a per customer basis – Quickbooks/Java are common).
  • Disk Space Check/Clean up.
  • Virus definition updates.
  • Router Maintenance (Config backup & firmware upgrade).
  • Switch Maintenance (Config Backup).
  • Backup Check (Server backup image/check if offsite backups are being done).

2. A schedule will be suggested and we will identify a time of day based on the likelihood of an outage being caused.

3. We will complete the maintenance as per the schedule and inform you when complete.
