To allow our engineers remote access into your computer, please follow the below instructions.
When asked by the Support Technician, Follow these Instructions:-
- Click either the Windows or Apple logo on the right (depending on what you are running)
- When Asked to Allow the program to run Click Allow
- You will possibly get asked to add an exception to the firewall or to allow the program access to your PC
- After a short time a box resembling the one below will appear with an ID
- Provide the ID to the support technician
The support technician will now have access to your PC to assist you with any problems that you may be having.
